  • Do you handle passports, visas & travel documents?

    We help you plan and prepare, but every traveler remains responsible for carrying valid documents.

    Easy Rider coordinates requirements, provides reminders, and uses tools like Sherpa to make sure you know what paperwork is needed for each country.

    This way, border crossings are smooth and stress-free — but the final responsibility always stays with the travelers.

  • Can press or media contact you?

    If your request is about an artist interview, photos, or media coverage, please contact the artist’s official PR or booking team. Easy Rider does not handle artist press or media schedules.

  • Can I request an artist for our festival or line-up?

    No — artist programming remains with booking agencies. Once an artist is confirmed, Easy Rider can manage all advance logistics with you.

  • Can I book an artist via Easy Rider?

    No — Easy Rider handles tour execution, not bookings. For that, please contact the artist’s official booking agent or PR team. After the booking is confirmed, though, that’s when we kick in.

  • Do you have internships or job openings?
